Billing Questions
I have a question about my bill. Whom do I call?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, cash, and check. If you need to contact our billing department please call 925-378-4508.
Where can I pay my bill?
You may pay your bill in person at our office, over the phone by calling 925-378-4508, or by mailing payment to our office. Checks should be made payable to Pacific Spine & Pain Center, Inc.
What are your financial policies?
We will bill your insurance as a courtesy, any remaining portion that they do not cover will be the patient’s responsibility and is due at the time of service.
Refills
Prescription refills should be done during an office visit. Under no circumstance will opioids (narcotics) be refilled without an office appointment. Most opioid/narcotic medications need a written prescription and will only be refilled every thirty days. See our opioid policy here.

Pacific Spine & Pain Center participates in numerous insurances, health plans and provider networks. The list below is intended as a guideline only. We recommend that all patients verify coverage with their insurance provider as any and all financial liability ultimately is the patient’s responsibility.
